Black Bean, Corn and Avocado Salsa

This fresh and colorful salsa is perfect to make for your next BBQ or social gathering. It’s incredibly tasty, and also very easy to make. I get lots of compliments on this one, and I know you will too!

(Note: This is a very mild salsa, and so add more jalapeño peppers if you’d like more of a kick. Also, strive to use organic ingredients whenever possible).

Instructions
  1. Gently mix all ingredients, except for the avocados in a medium bowl. Cover bowl with saran wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Right before serving, gently stir in avocados, and taste test for lime, salt and/or pepper levels.
  3. Serve with organic tortilla chips, and enjoy!
