Oven Baked Salmon
Wild salmon is a wonderful source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins A, D, B6, B, E, and significant amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc! This is my most favorite way of consuming the healthiest fish on the planet. My kids really love it too!

Instructions
  1. In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
  2. Place salmon filets in a medium-sized glass baking dish, and cover them with the marinade. Cover dish with saran wrap, and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour (not longer), coating the salmon with the marinade occasionally.
  3. Preheat over to 405 degrees. Remove saran wrap, and place dish in oven, baking for about 13 minutes, or until fork tender. Don’t over bake!
  4. Remove from oven and let stand for a couple minutes before devouring.
